PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS
The price of each product will be the one defined at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always make sure that all the prices on the website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we find any error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will consider that your order has been canceled and we will refund you in full any amount you have paid. We are not obligated to supply you with any product at the wrong lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation), in case the price error is obvious and unquestionable and can be reasonably recognized by you as the incorrect price. The prices on our website include VAT but not the shipping costs, which are added to the total price as shown in the immediately preceding step before the final confirmation and completion of the order.
Prices may change at any time, however, without prejudice to the above in particular, any changes may not affect orders for which you have already been sent a Confirmation Order.
Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, these will have been added to your shopping cart and the next step is to forward the order and pay. To do this, you must follow the steps in the purchase process by filling in or verifying the information requested at each step. Furthermore, during the purchase process, before payment, you can change the details of your order. Also, if you are a registered user, the file with all your orders is available in the “My Account” field.To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. By confirming your order, we will charge the corresponding account of the card you used to complete the transaction.
When you press the pay button, you confirm that the credit / debit card belongs to you or that you are the legal owner.
Credit / debit cards are subject to validation and approval checks by your card issuer. If the issuer of your card does not approve the payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to enter into a Contract with you.
During the purchase process, before the payment stage, you can modify the details of your order. You must select the payment method and also whether or not you want a receipt or gift package (if this option is available), before you finally place your order.
The payment can be made with Visa and Mastercard credit / debit cards and the above formalities apply in relation to the verification of the validity and approval of your card.
Payment can be made using the Cash on Delivery service, which is available for purchases up to 500 € and this only applies on orders shipped in Greece. For this payment method, the price of the order is paid by the customer – buyer to the employee of the courier company upon receipt of the products.
Payment can also be made via PayPal. For this payment method the customer will need to be transferred to the PayPal page.
There he will have to follow the instructions he will find on the specific website and then complete his order at the online store www.sotris.gr.
Payment by deposit in a bank account
You can deposit the price of his order in the bank account of www.sotris.gr, which is indicated in the corresponding payment field.
In this case, his order will be processed, but will be completed by shipment, if his deposit appears (a process that usually requires 2-3 working days). If the customer has not made the deposit within 3 working days, the order will be canceled automatically.
In the reasoning of the deposit the customer must give the name and number of his order. In the above payment methods there is the possibility to choose the issuance of a retail or invoice receipt.
An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, if they fill in the following information during their order: company name, activity, Tax ID, Tax Office, mobile and landline.

Bank deposit via IRIS
You can also make a payment via bank deposit with the IRIS service. IRIS is available from Alpha Bank, National Bank, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank and Viva Wallet. To use this option, all you need to do is activate the service in one of your bank accounts and follow the instructions when completing the payment for your order.
VIVA WALLET
You can pay for your order using any debit or credit card (such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Diner’s and American Express) via the Viva Wallet “Smart Checkout” platform. Thanks to this option, you are safely transferred to the environment of the aforementioned platform to complete your payment.
In addition, you are given the opportunity through VIVA WALLET to pay for your order using additional methods (such as IRIS, Viva Wallet, Klarna, Tbi Bank, Apple Pay, Google Pay), which are analyzed in detail below. It is emphasized that the Viva Wallet services: Klarna and Tbi Bank are available exclusively for purchases and for customers within Greek territory.
Google Pay (via VIVA)
You can make a payment via Google Pay, as long as you use Google Chrome as your browser. In the unlikely event that the option appears but is disabled but you still want to use it, you will need to create a Google Pay account and set Google Chrome as your default browser.
Apple Pay (via VIVA)
You can also complete the payment for your order via Apple Pay. All you need to do is add a card to your Apple Pay wallet and follow the steps during the final payment phase.
Installment Plan through our website and related services provided through third parties.
Even if you do not have a credit card, you can purchase our products in installments using one of the installment plans offered by the selected applications. The companies we collaborate with and whose applications appear on our website are mainly “Klarna” and “Tbi Bank”.
A. Klarna: Klarna is not a traditional bank, but a FinTech company (financial technology company) with banking licenses. Therefore, Klarna does not operate as a regular bank with deposits and savings accounts, but offers purchases with credit, payments and financing. It has a banking license in Sweden (since 2017), which allows it to provide banking services such as cards and accounts. It is not a traditional lender, but offers “Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL) services, i.e. essentially purchases with deferred payment.
Klarna’s main functions:
a. Pay in Full: Buy and pay the full amount now. Your preferred payment method is pre-selected for a fast and secure payment.
b. Pay Later: You buy now and pay after a certain period of time (e.g. 30 days).
c. Pay in 3 / Pay in 4: Divides the payment into 3 or 4 interest-free installments (adapted depending on your particular purchase).
d. Financing: Offers longer-term financing with installments, like a kind of small loan.
In order to use Klarna’s services on our website to purchase any product(s), as detailed above, you must: 1) select the Klarna option during checkout, 2) select the payment plan that best suits you, and 3) complete your transaction.
B. Tbi Bank: Tbi Bank is a digital bank (neobank) operating mainly in Central and Eastern Europe. It offers loans, banking services and payment solutions for both individuals and businesses. Tbi Bank is mainly known for its cardless installments, offering interest-free or low-interest installments. Specifically, by using the Tbi Bank payment option on our website when purchasing a product or products, you are offered the following options/services:
1. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service: for purchases up to two hundred (200) Euros with payment in four (4) interest-free monthly installments.
2. Financing for purchases over two hundred (200) Euros with payment from three (3) to sixty (60) installments, which are, however, interest-bearing.
